| a friend that was in israel at the time told me that he saw our house on the news. i wouldnt have been surprised if it hadnt made the SF papers, much less international news. it seemed small and insignificant in the face of wars, presidential decisions, and african famines. in our lives it was massive, but when scoped against the motions of the media i guess it makes sense. perhaps more than we think we pay attention to the news that applies to us. |
